North American amusement equipment manufacturers, suppliers and support

About AED

A clearer view of who makes, supplies and supports amusement equipment.

Amusement Equipment Directory helps project developers distinguish U.S. and Canadian manufacturers and support organizations from import-only distribution—before a project commitment is made.

Why AED was rebuilt

Buying closer to home should be easier.

Amusement projects carry substantial financial, safety and operating responsibilities. A low initial price does not reveal where equipment was produced, who will install it or whether parts, warranty assistance and technical support will remain available after the sale.

AED brings those distinctions forward. Our priority is helping project developers identify accountable U.S. and Canadian companies while still representing established North American businesses that responsibly support imported products.

The AED standard

North American first. Clear about the rest.

Classification is separate from paid listing level. A company cannot purchase preferred manufacturing status.

Preferred

U.S./Canada Made

Equipment manufactured or substantially produced in the United States or Canada, with documented installation, warranty, parts and service.

Established support

U.S./Canada Supported

Products manufactured elsewhere—including Mexico—backed by a genuine U.S. or Canadian office, warehouse, operating team and documented support.

Imported product

U.S./Canada Distributor

Imported or resold equipment from an established U.S. or Canadian business, with product origin and available service clearly declared.

Classification is reviewed—not assumed.

Suppliers submit manufacturing-origin, North American presence, installation, warranty and support declarations. AED may request clarification or evidence before assigning a public marker.

Developer guidance

What guides the directory

Built for better supplier decisions.

Developer first

Search begins with the equipment, attraction or service a project needs—not with whichever company bought the largest ad.

Visible origin

Developers deserve a practical distinction between locally made, locally supported and imported products.

Support matters

Installation, parts, warranty and service capabilities matter long after the equipment quotation is accepted.

Accountability

Suppliers manage their information, declare their operating model and remain responsible for the claims they publish.

AEDEstablished industry roots

An established industry name

Rebuilt for the way developers research today.

AED first served the amusement industry in the early 2000s, connecting developers with manufacturers, distributors and specialists. The rebuilt directory carries that history forward with modern search, supplier-managed profiles, administrative review and clearer information about product origin and support.

AED is operated by FEC Network, Inc. and is independent of Amusement Expo International and other similarly named events or associations.
